IML, or International Mr Leather is the international leather contest and event of all events! It's said to be the example of what all leather weekends should strive for, but it may be going through some growing pains. We're seasoned attendees so while the event is still a lot of fun and we had a great time, some constructive conversation is meant as feedback. IML Mishaps and Kinks to Work Out - International Mr Leather Contest 2023
International Mr Leather, aka IML is a yearly conference, contest and leather kink weekend that hosts the many kinksters from around the world all competing for the crown. While we've been been attending for decades, this year there was a bit of controversy and kinks (pun intended) that made for an odd event. We went, as we always do as vendors for Mr S Leather and we found ourselves leaving with many many conflicting opinions, but also many sexy stories. International Boot Black staff has stepped down and the issue of how we treat marginalized communities, as well as how we treat and uphold or hold accountable title holders needs to change.
